This Agency Database includes all local support programs as well as national programs, financial assistance, insurance specialist hotlines and clinical trials specialists. When you call the number you will have to select option 1 for English or 2 for Spanish you can then follow the prompts. They have a real person to talk with you 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. Please be patient and stay on the line. They will take in some basic demographic information from you but you can choose not to provide the information if you would like. All information is kept confidential. ACS may provide you with several 800 numbers, resources and referrals. Sometimes it is helpful to have a family member of friend call on your behalf if you are feeling too tired or overwhelmed.
